To ensure your designs are print-ready and look their absolute best, please follow these guidelines when preparing your files:
Templates
We provide graphic templates for all our displays, conveniently available for download on their respective product pages. Simply locate the dropdown menu labeled “Download Graphic Template(s)” and select the desired template. Templates will open in your browser, and you can save them to your device by clicking the download icon in the top-right corner of the browser window.
Resolution
For full-scale templates, all artwork should be designed with a resolution between 72 DPI and 150 DPI to achieve optimal clarity. Some templates are created at 1/10th scale to accommodate the maximum canvas size of software like Photoshop and Illustrator. For these templates, set your resolution to at least 750 DPI to maintain image quality when scaled up. To check the clarity of your artwork, zoom into your design at 100% magnification and ensure there is no pixelation.
Colors
All designs should be created in the CMYK color process, which is the standard for professional printing. Files submitted in RGB, HEX, or Pantone will be converted to CMYK. While we strive to match your brand colors as closely as possible, variations may occur. If precise color matching is essential, we recommend requesting a hard proof or consulting with our design team to explore available options.
Text
Please convert all text to outlines before submitting your design. This step ensures that your fonts are preserved exactly as intended and eliminates the need to send font files. Keep in mind that outlined text can no longer be edited as regular text, so save an editable version of your file for future use.
Images
Ensure that all images used in your design are embedded, not linked. Embedding consolidates all elements into a single file, avoiding missing assets during the submission process. This is particularly important when submitting files created in Adobe Illustrator or InDesign.
File Types
We accept high-resolution files in the following formats: PDF, AI, EPS, and PSD. While we also accept PNG and TIFF formats, modifications to these file types, as well as flattened PSD files, may be limited. If you are submitting an Adobe InDesign file, be sure to include all linked elements. At this time, Canva files are not supported.
