Every time an exhibitor places an order through your custom link, we automatically track it. You earn a percentage of every qualified sale—no follow-up or manual tracking needed.

When and how do I get paid?

Commissions are paid out monthly, after the event date. You’ll see payout dates and information listed in your partner dashboard.

What does the setup process look like?

After you apply and are approved, we create a branded ordering page for your event. You’ll get a link to share with exhibitors, and that’s it — we handle the rest.

How do I see my earnings and referrals?

You’ll receive access to a private dashboard where you can view total orders, commissions, event timelines, and payout status — all filtered just for your event.

What types of products can exhibitors order?

We provide custom booth graphics like backdrops, banners, podiums, and more — all professionally designed and delivered on time.

What happens after I place an order?

Once you place an order, a member from our team will reach out to schedule a meeting with you. After we have had a chance to discuss your vision, goals, and next steps, our design team gets to work and you’ll receive your first draft in just a few days.

How long does the design process take?

Most projects are completed in 5 business days or less, depending on how quickly you provide feedback. Rush services are available if you’re on a tight deadline.

Do you design the booth layout?

No—we specialize in graphic design for trade show booths. That means we design what gets printed on your booth. If you're unsure what to print on, we can recommend a layout from our selection that works. 

How far in advance should I start my trade show design?

We recommend starting at least 3-4 weeks before your event, especially if you plan to print. This gives time for revisions, approval, and production.

Can I request revisions? How many are included?

Yes! Unlimited revisions are included* until you’re happy. We’re fast, flexible, and focused on getting it right.

 

*Full redesigns may require a new quote. 

Do you also handle printing?

Yes! After you place your order, you’ll have the option to add on our Print Bundle which includes backdrop, tablecloth, and banner printing with delivery to your event location. You may also select another booth kit from our selection.

What type of files do I receive?

We deliver high-resolution, print-ready files in:

- PDF, AI, and EPS (for large-format printing)
- JPEG or PNG (if needed for digital use)
- Custom format requests available – Just let us know your printer’s specs!

What if my printer has specific file requirements?

Not a problem! We ensure your files meet any vendor’s printing specs so you won’t run into errors. Just send us the guidelines, and we’ll format everything correctly.

What if my booth space is custom-sized or non-traditional?

We can help. If your layout isn’t standard 10ft or 20ft, reach out for a free custom quote from our design team. We’ll make sure your graphics are tailored to fit.
