1.Information We Collect

1.1 Information You Provide Directly
When you place an order, we collect:
- Full name

- Phone number (optional)

- Shipping address
- Event details (event name, date, venue)
- Booth configuration selections
Through the brand intake form, we collect:
- Logos, brand colors, brand assets (uploaded files)
- Inspiration references (links and uploaded images)
- Copy and content for your booth design
- Goals and target audience information
- Any other context you choose to share
1.2 Payment Information
Payments are processed through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. We do not directly store full credit card numbers or security codes. Stripe collects and processes payment information according to its own privacy policy, available at stripe.com/privacy.
We retain limited transaction data such as: order amount, payment status, last four digits of the card used, and a Stripe payment reference ID.
1.3 Lead Data Captured via LeadPlus
If you use our LeadPlus software at your event, the lead data captured (typically names, emails, companies, and other contact details voluntarily provided by event attendees) is your data. We process and store it on your behalf as a service provider.
1.4 Automatically Collected Information
When you visit irondisplays.com, we automatically collect:
- IP address
- Browser type and version
- Device type
- Pages viewed and time spent
- Referring website
- General location (city/region based on IP)
This information helps us understand site usage and improve the user experience.
1.5 Cookies and Similar Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to:
- Keep you signed in to your intake form session
- Remember your configurator selections
- Analyze site traffic and performance
- Detect and prevent fraud

2.How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Process and fulfill your booth order
- Design, print, and ship your booth materials
- Communicate with you about your order (confirmations, design drafts, shipping updates)
- Provide and operate the LeadPlus software
- Send you reminders about incomplete brand intake forms
- Improve our products, services, and customer experience
- Detect, prevent, and address fraud or security issues
- Comply with legal obligations
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
We do not use your information for advertising or marketing purposes without your explicit consent. We may occasionally send product updates or announcements to active customers — you may opt out at any time.
3.How We Share Your Information
We share information with the following categories of third parties only as necessary to operate our business:
3.1 Service Providers
- Stripe — payment processing
- Orbus — our print and hardware production partner (receives design files, shipping addresses, and order specifications)
- Lovable / Supabase — application hosting and database infrastructure
- Cloudflare — DNS, content delivery, and security
- Email service providers — for transactional email delivery
- Shipping carriers (UPS, FedEx, etc.) — for delivery
These service providers are contractually obligated to use your information only to provide the services we've engaged them for.
3.2 Legal Compliance
We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or government request, or to protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of our users or the public.
3.3 Business Transfers
If Iron Displays is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify affected customers in advance.
4.Data Retention
We retain your information as follows:
- Order and customer records — retained for as long as you are an active customer plus 7 years after your last order (for tax, accounting, and legal compliance purposes)
- Brand intake form data and uploaded files — retained for the duration of your project plus 2 years afterward, to support reorders and reprints
- LeadPlus lead data — retained according to your subscription terms; deleted within 90 days of subscription expiration unless you renew or request deletion sooner
- Analytics data — anonymized and retained indefinitely
You may request earlier deletion of your data at any time (see Section 6).
5.Data Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information, including:
- Encrypted transmission of data (HTTPS) across our site
- Encrypted storage of sensitive data
- Restricted access to customer information among our team
- Regular security reviews of our infrastructure
That said, no system is perfectly secure. If we become aware of a data breach affecting your information, we will notify you in accordance with applicable law.
6.Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your information:
6.1 Access
You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.

You may request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete information.

You may request that we delete your personal information, subject to legal retention requirements. Note: deleting your information may affect our ability to fulfill ongoing orders or provide services.

You may opt out of non-transactional communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in our emails or contacting us directly.
6.6 How to Exercise Your Rights

7.California Residents (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), including:

- The right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (note: we do not sell personal information)

9.Children's Privacy

Iron Displays operates from the United States. If you access our services from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the U.S. By using our services, you consent to this transfer.
11.Third-Party Links
Our site may contain links to third-party websites (Pinterest, Behance, Instagram, etc., as examples for inspiration references). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites. Review their privacy policies independently.
