Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of irondisplays.com and any related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Iron Displays ("we", "us", "our"). By placing an order or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
1.The Service
Iron Displays provides a productized tradeshow booth solution including:
- Custom booth design services
- Professional printing on tradeshow display hardware
- LeadPlus lead capture software (1-year subscription included with base package)
- Ground shipping to event venues within the continental United States
The base package and all upgrade options are presented in our configurator at irondisplays.com/configure. Pricing displayed at the time of checkout is the binding price for your order.
2.Orders and Payment
2.1 Order Acceptance
When you complete checkout, you are submitting an order for the configured booth package. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. If we decline an order, we will issue a full refund.
2.2 Payment
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full payment card information on our servers. Payment is required in full at checkout. Your order enters our production queue once payment is successfully processed.
2.3 Sales Tax
Sales tax is calculated and added at checkout where applicable based on your shipping address.
2.4 Pricing Changes
We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed and paid for.
3.Design Process and Timeline
3.1 Brand Intake
After payment, you will be directed to complete a brand intake form. We cannot begin design work until this form is submitted. Failure to submit the brand intake form within a reasonable time may delay your event date or require rush production fees.
3.2 Design Delivery
We aim to deliver your first design draft within five (5) business days after receiving your completed brand intake. Complex configurations or rush periods may extend this timeline. We will communicate any timeline changes promptly.
3.3 Revisions
We work with you until your design is finalized within your event timeline. Most projects complete in 2-3 revision rounds over 2-3 weeks. Revisions include:
- Color adjustments
- Copy edits
- Logo placement changes
- Layout adjustments
- Feedback rounds on existing concepts
Revisions do not include:
- Complete design overhauls after final direction has been approved
- New design concepts after a direction has been confirmed
- Major brand direction changes after kickoff
If a project requires extensive rework outside the standard scope, we will discuss with you before proceeding. Additional work may be quoted separately.
3.4 Final Approval
You must provide written approval (via email or platform message) of your final design before we send it to production. By approving the design, you confirm:
- All text, copy, and visual elements are correct as shown
- Spelling, grammar, and brand assets are accurate
- Dimensions and layout meet your requirements
Once you approve a design for production, all responsibility for the content shown in the approved design transfers to you.
4.Production, Shipping, and Delivery
4.1 Production Time
Standard production takes 7-10 business days after final design approval. Rush production (under 2 weeks total turnaround) is available for an additional fee.
4.2 Shipping
We ship ground shipping to your event venue or designated address. Shipping times typically range from 3-7 business days depending on destination. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.
4.3 Print Deadline
We strongly recommend final design approval at least fourteen (14) days before your event date to account for production and shipping. If you approve a design closer to your event, we will do our best to meet your deadline, but we cannot guarantee on-time delivery and rush fees may apply.
4.4 Shipping to Event Venues
If shipping directly to an event venue, you are responsible for:
- Confirming the venue accepts shipments and providing correct delivery dates
- Any venue-specific receiving fees or material handling charges
- Coordinating with the venue for delivery acceptance
We are not responsible for delays caused by venue receiving policies, third-party shipping carriers, or incorrect shipping information provided by you.
4.5 Damage in Transit
If your booth arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and the packaging. We will work with the shipping carrier and our print partner to resolve the issue, which may include reprinting damaged components.
5.Refund and Cancellation Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your booth, while also protecting our investment in your design and production. Our refund policy reflects this balance:
5.1 Full Refund Window
You may cancel your order and receive a full refund within 24 hours of payment for any reason, provided that:
- Design work has not yet started
- Print production has not been initiated
To request a cancellation, email sales@irondisplays.com with your order number.
5.2 Partial Refund (Design Phase)
After 24 hours, or once design work has begun (whichever comes first), and until you approve a design for production:
- You may cancel and receive a refund minus a $500 design fee, which covers the work already invested in your project
- The unused portion of your payment will be refunded to your original payment method within 5-10 business days
5.3 No Refund (Post-Approval)
Once you approve a design for production, no refunds are available. This includes:
- Approved designs that have been sent to print
- Printed materials in transit
- Delivered materials
This is because we have already incurred production costs (hardware, printing, shipping) and cannot recover those costs once production begins.
5.4 LeadPlus Software
The LeadPlus software subscription included with your order is non-refundable once your account has been provisioned, regardless of whether you have used the service.
5.5 Refunds for Defective Products
If your printed materials arrive defective (e.g., misprints, manufacturing defects), contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will, at our discretion:
- Reprint and reship the defective items at no additional cost
- Offer a partial credit toward a future order
- In rare cases, provide a refund for the defective portion
Defects do not include design choices you approved, color variations within standard printing tolerances, or damage caused by improper handling after delivery.
6.Intellectual Property
6.1 Your Content
You retain ownership of all logos, brand assets, copy, photos, and other materials you provide to us ("Your Content"). By submitting Your Content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use it solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to all Your Content, and that its use by us in fulfilling your order does not infringe on the rights of any third party.
6.2 Our Designs
Custom designs we create for you are licensed for your use in connection with the printed materials we produce for you. We retain the right to:
- Use anonymized versions of our designs in our portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials
- Reuse design elements, techniques, or templates in other client work
We will not share specific confidential business information (pricing, internal strategies, etc.) that you provide to us.
6.3 Third-Party Hardware
The frames and hardware we provide (Hopup, Formulate, Vector Frame, etc.) are manufactured by third parties (primarily Orbus) and are subject to those manufacturers' warranties and intellectual property terms.
7.LeadPlus Software Terms
7.1 Service
LeadPlus is our proprietary lead capture and follow-up software. Your base booth package includes a one (1) year subscription beginning on the date your booth is delivered.
7.2 Acceptable Use
You agree to use LeadPlus only for legitimate business purposes, including capturing leads at tradeshows you attend with your booth. You may not:
- Use LeadPlus to capture or store data of individuals without their consent
- Use LeadPlus for spam, harassment, or illegal activities
- Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or resell the software
7.3 Data Privacy
Lead data captured through LeadPlus is your data. We process it on your behalf as a service provider. See our Privacy Policy for details.
7.4 Renewal
After your initial 12-month subscription, you may renew LeadPlus at our then-current renewal pricing. We will notify you in advance of expiration.
8.Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Our total liability for any claim arising from your order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: lost profits, lost business opportunities, lost leads, or event-related losses (e.g., if your booth doesn't arrive in time for an event due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control).
- We are not responsible for the success or failure of your tradeshow performance, including lead generation outcomes.
9.Communication and Notices
By placing an order, you consent to receive transactional emails from us related to your order, including order confirmations, design updates, shipping notifications, and reminders.
We may also send occasional product updates or service announcements. You may opt out of non-transactional communications at any time.
Our primary contact email is sales@irondisplays.com. We aim to respond within one business day.
10.Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures in performance caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, pandemics, supply chain disruptions, carrier delays, government actions, or third-party vendor failures. In such cases, we will work in good faith to minimize impact and communicate timeline changes.
11.Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active customers via email. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12.Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Utah.
